Consultation
A Staging Consultation consists of a room-by-room written plan for homeowners preparing to sell and desiring to
maximize the potential value of their home before it is listed for sale. We will spend approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours giving you a full
exterior and interior review, evaluation and recommendations for displaying your home.
Hands-On Home Staging
To ensure your home will show off its best features, MN Home Staging and Re-design offers hands on staging services.
We will de-clutter, rearrange furniture in a way that will make the rooms feel spacious, address lighting and adjust
decor of your home so potential buyers will feel as if they are looking at their future home rather than your current one.
We can stage your home in just one day, using furniture and decorative items you already own, or by adding a few
pieces to finish the look. You will also receive a detailed list of repairs or improvements that may be essential in the re-sale
potential of your home.
Color Consultations
Every consultation begins with a personalized meeting in your home. I will bring color samples into your light
and guide you in finding a color palette that creates harmony in your home. Large paint samples will be left for you to review
as color changes from day to night.
Interior Painting & 
Painting is probably the most cost effective and design efficient thing you can do to improve the beauty of
any room, adding color and drama or just a clean, fresh feeling without spending a lot of money. In addition, custom design and
custom hand painting are a great way to add personality to plain walls.

Interior Redesign
Interior Redesign involves creating a new look for a single room or your entire home. The Interior redesign
process begins with a how you live in this space along with your overall design goals. The room is emptied and with your
permission, your home is used to shop for items to enhance the room. With a focal point established, the large furniture is
reintroduced to the room for proper function and flow. Lighting, artwork and accessories are then repositioned to create visual
interest. You will receive a wish list of recommended purchases to complete the redesign. You can then do the shopping yourself,
or I can purchase items for you.
